Decent experience. Was recommended restaurant by colleague during my trip to Puerto Rico. I highly recommend the calamari as it was the best I’ve ever had. Food was good. Service was okay. Waiter was not very attentive and brought out wrong drink upon reorder. Not sure it’s a favorite spot but it’s okay in regards to distance from hotel

Horrible service, waited an hour after appetizer for meal to show up. Server never checked on table once during that time. We didn’t receive entrees until hour and minutes after our reservation time. Still charged full price for everything on check including non-alcoholic beverages. Also added an automatic gratuity. Will never go back, never had service like this in NYC Serafina
The server was good (Luis) and he added service charge without asking us or pointing it out to us. This should never happen, we were just a table for and if he was going to add a service charge he should have told us. In the end his service was worth the TIP and we would probably have given if we hadn’t had the charge automatically added. I think this took an otherwise pleasant night and ended it on a sour note
