Disclaimer I'm not a Starbucks fan...wife wanted to get my daughter some coffee for her new coffee machine.The young man behind the counter helped me pick out and gave me lots of information on coffee flavors, grind typed, etc.. very pleasant experience.I was very happy with my purchases.I recommend.
They charge more for less ice in an ice coffee! WTH. Ice cost more than water, coffee is made from water, ice coffee is already cold. This makes no sense. I will not ever be back.
A friend and I came in at about 6:30 on a Sunday night, intending to sit and enjoy our beverages. The employees started mopping soapy water around our feet, including leaving a wet, soapy floor between us and the cash register. When I asked if they could hold off on the mopping, they said they would be closing in an hour and needed to get their mopping finished so they didn't have to stay late. We left. I don't know if the owner reads these reviews, but they have not only alienated customers but a lawsuit waiting to happen, with those soapy floors.
Just like any other Starbucks. Very busy in the morning. Staff not as friendly as some other locations I have been to.
