Blue Ginger - Oldham

The food at this restaurant used to be excellent. On New Year's Eve, I had a disappointing meal that I attributed to the busy holiday rush. However, my recent experience was also underwhelming. The chicken satay lacked flavor and sauce, while the barbecue ribs were dry but still had some taste. Unfortunately, the side order of ribs was overpriced and not as impressive as expected. Additionally, the chips were cold by the time I got home. I am willing to give this place another chance as it may have just been an off night or a poor choice of dishes. I hope that the restaurant can bring back the wow factor in their food. I suggest revisiting the satay dish as it lacked sauce and flavor, not living up to the picture on the wall.

I’ve ordered several times from here and expect the same quality..... tonight it was so disappointing, no flavour to any of the courses ordered!! Rang them directly to air my concerns and there was no apology or explanation as to why the food was so bad, instead I had a person on the end of the phone who simply didn’t care. Will not be ordering again.

I recently spent £40 at this restaurant and it was a complete waste of money. The prices are too high for the quality of the food. I definitely will not be ordering from here again. So disappointed.

I placed an online order on Christmas Eve at 6:30pm, but by 7:30pm it still hadn't arrived. After calling the restaurant, I was told it would be another 45 minutes. I waited patiently, but by 8:30pm it still hadn't arrived. After calling again, I was told it would be at least another 45 minutes. I asked for a refund for my £35.20 order, but I am still waiting for it. I have been ordering from this restaurant for over 15 years, but I will not be ordering again.
