Bidra med feedbackVisited the restaurant a couple of times this week as staying at the hotel for business, have to say the food was amazing, so much better than the last time I visited the restaurant. Service was still a little hit and miss, but better than last time. For me the best waiter is Giuseppe, he looked after me on Wednesday evening and was top notch.
This restaurant continues to deliver. I never thought they could take it to another level. They have always been on the ball with customer service, today they found the tiniest window for a non booking and delivered probably the best I have had here under such a high cover. What stands out, the staff, the quality and the kitchen staff have it in spades.
Ridiculously overpriced. Nice food. Poor service by arrogant, bordering on rude staff. Came over to ask if food was okay when we had finished eating. Bill arrived and 12.5% service charge added. We thought this was over the top so altered our service charge to 10% which quite frankly was too much for the poor service. We were told the bill couldn’t be altered and should have said before the bill came. How could we do that without seeing the bill in the first place? Then manager said he would have to make up the difference out of his own pocket
Very much looked forward to dinner pre flying but sadly very much let down with the service. Took 20 mins to be served a drink (and had to ask for this). Seems if not a celebrity (they ask if your staying at the hotel on arrival) then they seem to forget about you. A positive is the food is nice and good quantity, just don’t expect the service to be a level you would want for what you are paying.
