Bidra med feedbackThat's by far the worst mcallister I've ever been. twice I went back to try her spud max potato. eating is simply thrown together like a McDonalds drive thru. the service is dirty. the same young lady is always there to her order in the register and she ruins the whole visit every time. she wears so long, they reach almost her eyebrows. She has a attitude that she just doesn't want to be there and wants you to leave. I always have to ask her what she said. because she doesn't speak clearly and much too fast.
Today was my second time to order through eaten from this place. two months ago I ordered a huhn caesar salat and got an salat with ranch dressing! Today I ordered a simple buttersputz and suppe after the tooth surgery. the potato was dry and cold and clobig...not hot fresh as expected and not enough butter for the half of the spit. my drink was both missed. after warming up the suppe I could eat this part.
I don't know what happened to this place, but it takes forever to get the food. Even today, when I was waiting there to get my Togo order, I saw that one of the workers at the window eat where the commands come. first I know very well eat near the line is a big no (although I hope it is there) I know that it is not sanitary, especially if all hired accept to have their hands clean while treating other foods. also the same girl I had asked if my order was there, she turns and asks the cook in the back and never came back with me again and I had to ask her again what in the opposite I got a dirty look like I bothered her while she had eaten. I am not very impressed by this place anymore.
Around 1:30p 3/21/22 was jumped to this place to place an order bcus online order and no one answers the phone. in a very long line for approx. 15-20 min. finally my order to go to 1:55p. only a small potato and half a sandwich. I ordered the same thing as a couple who ordered before me, but they hunted in. waited about 30-40 min before I even said that all I noticed that all the dunes ordered in got their food much faster. more like 10 min tops after ordering, while to go guests wait longer. I asked 2 employees of dine in had priority. no explanation. no excuse. a coworker said they had a large number of 200 articles. I don't care that the couple that placed the Dino order in, got their food, eaten and left all the time I had waited. for 2 simple small parts. I asked for the manager, but was rejected bcus “she was busy”. they put them in order so quickly and I almost forgot to mention that the restaurant smells so mad. How disgustingly mad. the only reason I'm going to order. I was wasted for an hour for a darn potato.
Went to this location for dinner. Ordered 4 meals and an appetizer. Our food comes out, and the appetizer is not with what they bring out, two sides are missing from 2 of the meals, claiming they are out of them, and then tell us they are out of spuds, so my husbands meal is not able to be completed at all. And the girl leaves it at that with nothing further than “you can speak to my manager”!!!!! My husband had to go back and wait in line for them to give us a refund for the items they did not bring out. They threw around looks and little bit of an attitude and didn’t seem to understand how they completely mishandled the situation and why we were so frustrated. If you cannot complete a customer’s order, it it’s entirety, you let the customer know so they can decide if they want to make a replacement, or substitution, or decide to go elsewhere. We most definitely would have gone elsewhere!
