Kfc - Omagh

KFC is the worst food chain to order from !! How is it they take one order at a time. Never in my life seen anything like it. I’m waiting 25 min so far and haven’t even spoke to the person yet. Disgrace. Your safer going somewhere else

Visited on a day out .Staff excellent food superb. Staff couldn't have done more for us, we were a large group of 12 , adults and children. Recommend to snyone.

Ordered a zinger Meal without any sauce confirmed twice with the server still got sauce in it. Horrible soggy chips Gravy was thick blobby Have said in the past will not return but giving second third and fourth chances Didn’t write a review before but this time couldn’t resist

Food is rotten cold chips place is very dirty they way the treat and speak to there staff is a joke roaring at them when they are trying there best.

Last nights visit to the OMAGH branch of KFC was another disappointment. This was the third time that the staff had made a mistake with our simple order. When confronted with the bag of contents and purchase receipt….. the response was ……. “Oh, I’ll get it sorted “ That’s 3 trips and each time the staff has left items out of our order . Some serious staff re-training or improved customer care needs to be implemented at this branch . McDonalds is only a few metres down the road !!!!
