My friend and I decided to use some coupons we had, so we drove through the drive-thru. When we mentioned the coupon, they simply told us to pull up to the window without asking if we were finished or giving us any options. Once at the window, my friend ordered a medium drink for about $2. After getting his food, we circled back around so I could place my order, but again, they didn't ask for any options. When I got to the window, they informed me that we couldn't use more than one coupon per day, which wasn't mentioned on the coupon itself. Then they claimed the coupon deal didn’t exist and asked if I still wanted to proceed with my order. Naturally, I didn’t want to pay full price when I had a coupon. As a result, I left without any food, and the service was rather rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you plan on using their coupons.
I ordered a chicken breast that was quite large, but unfortunately, it wasn't cooked all the way through. They also gave me a small portion of fries and skimped on the ice for my drink, which had completely melted by the time I got home. There was a previous occasion when they ran out of ice and didn't mention it until I inquired. I would like a refund, but they didn’t provide me with a receipt! I won't be coming back here again.
The worst meal I have ever had. Chicken was old and dry, mostly breading little chicken. Potatoes were cold, Cole slaw was room temperature at best. Biscuit was hard and cold. Mac and cheese tasted like plastic. Absolutely terrible!
I've been as patient with this KFC location as I can be. Drive thru only is a joke. Here we are in July 30th. 2022, far after Covid and can't eat fresh fried chicken indoors. People are quick to say they can't get staffing. Uh no, the last three times I've been in the door and back out based on this policy. I jump back in my car and head two blocks to Raisng Canes... where they are fully staffed and I am allowed to sit down and eat my meal while it is fresh and hot. Note to management, who are looking to keep costs down and use the excuse of labor. You're not seeing the bigger picture. I will never stop at this location again. I've been talking to friends the last couple of weeks about craving KFC... only problem is that I can't eat it how I would like to eat it. Your business model is for me to sit in my car for 30+ minutes in drive through. Then, drive home and eat soggy and lukewarm chicken. Why, so you don't have to hire a real staff. I know that I am not the only one with this criticism. Perhaps look to hire and pay people a wage that they are willing to want to work at this location and manage it more effectively. It wasn't great before COVID... now it is just a joke. If you want to continue to follow your current BS... perhaps don't have a stand alone store and just go with a smaller bay in a strip mall for pickup or Doordash only type thing... Perhaps that will save you some costs, but know that you are alienating 50% of your customers. Good luck... please make a change.
