Korea King - Omaha

Came with a friend for lunch. We decided to share an order of bipimbap and an order of pork bulgogi. We also wanted to try the kimchi fried rice, but were told that they were out of it. The bipimbap arrived sizzling hot. You could hear it from 10 feet away. It was very good, especially the crisp rice around the edge of the bowl. The pork bulgogi was absolutely delicious. There was a very large amount of tender, juicy, flavorful pork in it. It is to die for. I will have a hard time ordering anything else when I come back. Service was good, the place was clean, prices were reasonable and the food was great. We both agreed that we would be back soon.

Food is awesome, the waitress, she is beyond a foxy woman. She is very friendly. I love to see her smiling face when I go in. Food is best Korean food I have had outside of being in Korea. Prices seem a little steep, compared to other places. But still no complaints.

Favorite. Korea King is one of my favorite restaurants in Omaha. I think the new management is great. One thing they did was remove most/all of the Chinese-American food off the menu, since it is a Korean restaurants. The classic cold Korean sides are now random instead of the same ones every time, which I enjoy. Free refills on sides and rice always rocks, too. Oh- and the food is great. Spicy squid, burning pork and bulgogi are all recommended!

My friends treated me at this place for my birthday and I thoroughly enjoyed the food It is a small space and has an intimate and homely feel to it.

Solid Korean joint, especially considering the price! Nyam nyam nyam! Price: was yaaaaaass.
