Runza - Omaha

I haven't had the chance to visit this restaurant yet to receive my full order. However, the food is hot and fresh. I just wish they would ensure that my entire order is complete.

I've been here for about 30 years. I remember when Runza was Thee place. But within the last 5 years or so I noticed that the service and the food had gone a bit from what it was earlier. While prices continue to rise. I wasn't in about 5 years. So I decided to give this new building a shot?. I wasn't impressed. When I first came, the food was cold. The fries were a fat boiled over.. The Runza hardly had anything for a ?Runza? The bread was hard at both ends. I tried again tonight to see if my first trip was perhaps just a strange occasion. NOPE! Fries, salted excessively. The hamburgers cry too much salt. So much that half of the first Cheeseburger was the only part that was eaten from the 2. The Philly Runza had so much steak season that again did not eat over the first few bites. Let me tell you about the Pommes. I ordered a big one, and what I got looked like a happy meal size. I would? ve contacted the restaurant, but always? Do you want to come back and we? Absolutely not. I will drink the next two days of water to get my blood pressure back normal with all the damn salt and spices you put on the food?. After the owner responded to the review, I deliberately went back and ordered a big fry?. Maybe 5 more Pommes than the last time. next week try again?

The place was clean and staff was super friendly. I wanted to try the new Philly steak Runza. Won't get it again. Should have stuck with my favorite, Swiss cheese Runza. The fries and rings were awesome as usual.

Normally at this location we have had excellent service but today....we didn't have napkins, straws, fries were cold, no Lawreys on my swiss mush, and the worst of it all we did not hear ABSOLUTELY out of the drivethru employees who took the order or gave it to us. I have never been to a Runza and not heard ABSOLUTELY. Training...oh and don't worry ill be back I can't go without my Runza just hope these kids care more about the Runza Way.

I really wish there was a Runza location near Tucson, AZ, because I would be dining there all the time. The burgers are made fresh, just like the onion rings. The Runza sandwich is absolutely delicious, and the fries are amazing! It's just a shame that I have to drive 1,200 miles (one way) to enjoy a Swiss cheese Mushroom Runza along with a large order of onion rings.
