The service was outstanding, and the bartender was exceptional and very friendly!

I waited for 15 minutes without a waiter coming to my table, so I decided to leave.

Terrible experience! I sat at the bar for nearly 10 minutes while the servers chatted among themselves, completely ignoring me and the food that was waiting. I decided to leave and went to Nosh across the street, which was far better. Skip Bistro and head straight to Nosh!

This hotel provided a wonderful experience! It has an ideal location near the Old Market in Omaha. The staff was friendly and professional, and the check-in process was incredibly easy. The entire facility, from the rooms to the lobby and entryway, was impeccably clean. The beds were very comfortable, and we were pleased with our spacious corner room. The only downside was the pillows, which are subjective—others might find them satisfactory. The white towels were nice, and the shower was quite large. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Omaha.

We stayed at this hotel twice in the past two weeks while passing through Omaha. The location is excellent, with easy parking available for just $15, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Check-in was quick and efficient. The rooms are quite spacious and well-appointed for the price. Our only complaint is that the beds are quite uncomfortable. They are soft with a slope toward the middle, which is certainly not ideal if you have back issues. The bistro is decent, offering Starbucks coffee and prompt service, but the food itself is nothing to write home about.
