The Big Cheese - Oneida

I was served by a wonderful lady who was managing the entire restaurant on her own. She was exceptional and very polite. The food was fantastic, and considering the minimal manual labor involved, the service was impressively fast.

I wasn't looking for anything out of the ordinary; I just wanted to place my order, enjoy my sandwich, and be on my way. When the woman at the counter asked if I wanted it for here or to go, I chose to dine in. To my surprise, she served my sandwich on a plate, complete with the Subway wrapping and napkins. I was delighted by this thoughtful gesture and appreciated the extra effort she made to enhance the experience for customers like me. Eating my sandwich off a plate was a really nice touch. She truly went above and beyond!
