The food here is great, but it comes with a hefty price tag. My main issue is that this location seems to be manipulating drive-thru times. They ask customers to park in the front lot while they bring out the food, which allows corporate to claim that the drive-thru wait time is under 60 seconds. However, in reality, we ended up waiting about 10 minutes out front for our order, along with several other customers.

Kid-friendliness: The seating arrangement is pleasant and comfortable for kids and families. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it’s easy for everyone to get in and out.

I would love to give more stars to this place, but I can't stand the hassle of maneuvering and finding a parking spot when the drive-thru is empty. It's really frustrating and seems to make the employees take their time with your order.

Have not been to one in a grip. Yet, I feel like I have been missing out. Way to go Ontario!

Minus one star for owner replying to review.Burger and fries were cooked and presented nicely. The service was excellent and handled several order changes and requests from children. Give them a raise. The dining room was clean, and tables were getting wiped down between customers.
