Burger King - Ontario

Rude customer service person at drive tru gave my order away to some one else though it was funny told me to stop being rude and walked away did not even apologize for giving my order away and having me wait over 10 minutes for my new order.

We always come at 7 or 8 pm and it's always closed, on google it says 10pm and it's 7pm and they're already closed. they should do something about it. if the employees don't want to work they should take other staff. lots of cars waiting for them to saythat this place is closed at 7 or 8pm. Este lugar a cualquier horario que vengas te dice que está cerrado.

This location serves really delicious Whoppers, unlike the ones at the locations closer to my home in South Side Riverside.

This Burger King features a very clean dining area, and the wheelchair-accessible restrooms were also well-maintained. The cashier, José, was friendly and well-informed about the menu. As always, the burgers were fantastic. However, there were a few homeless individuals loitering in the parking lot, asking for money, which felt somewhat unsettling.

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. I was in line at 8 o'clock at night, and no one took my order at the drive-thru. There were employees inside, but they didn’t seem to care. Another car in front of me eventually just drove away because they didn't get any assistance. This Burger King needs to hire people who are actually willing to work!
