Del Taco - Ontario

There were homeless people present, and the lights were switched off in the middle of the meal which created a very unsettling atmosphere. The food was average.

I'm not sure why I continue to visit this particular location, other than the fact that it's conveniently close by. The management is consistently disorganized and so are the employees. They always seem to try to close early, even when the sign indicates that they are still open for business. It's a total mess. If you're craving Del Taco, I recommend going to any other location except this one.

I ordered six tacos, but I believe they forgot to cook them as they were served ice cold. The tacos were not just cold, but seemed to have come straight out of the refrigerator.

Unnecessary 10 minute wait for 4 tacos. Wholly incompetent. Asked for no cheese; put some in there

My wife went there on Tuesday to get us Tacos on Taco Tuesday the Shells were stall as hell and the Fries she asked for were cold and under cooked she as them for fresh Fries and the 2nd set Fries were just as bad we never go back there after this experience. I reached out t corporate and they responded with a coupon for a $1 off of a 3$ purchase unbelievabl.
