Jack In The Box - Ontario

The worst experience I've had at Jack's. The female staff were so rude and provided no good customer service. I didn't even receive my order after waiting in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes with no one else in front of me.

Lettuce all rotten and old we waited 15 minutes to order when it was our turn and another 30 minutes for them to bring out the tacos. We had to come back because of the lettuce problem.

Esteban, the team lead, was fantastic. He was polite and attentive when taking my order. My food also came out quicker than usual. It appears they are really focusing on providing excellent customer service. Thank you!

Came here on a Sunday late night I tried ordering my food through drive through but the employee Faith was so rude I ended up arguing with her and leaving without my food.! We live 1 minute away from here and ended up driving to the vineyard locationwhere the employees are much more nicer and not rude.!

The food always tastes like it was leftover from the previous day. I have ordered from here twice and both times were disappointing. The young guy working at the drive-thru has a terrible attitude that needs to be addressed. My curly fries were clumped together and my burger tasted old.
