Little Caesars Pizza - Ontario

This is what extra pineapple and mushrooms looks like I paid for extra ingredients that are clearly not there

I ordered on the app and my food was basically done when it said it would be... but that's not the problem. Why would somebody do this?!? My first pizza was a little undercooked but my second pizza was soggy, undercooked, and soaked in jalapeño juice. All I asked for was some jalapeños, not a whole jar! I'll never come to this location again. Absolute dumpster of a Little Ceasars.

Wait times are usually pretty long compared to any other Little Caesars I have been to. As well as mobile orders never being ready within the estimated times. Roaches or insects do occasionally enter from the front door.

I?ve been coming here for the past two years, but the last two times I?ve came, their way behind on the orders and are extremely understaffed. I ordered through the app to have it available in the pizza portal to avoid the ridiculous lines? nope, still had to get in line because my pizza wasn?t in the pizza portal oven after 30 minutes past the time it was scheduled to be ready!!!! I asked the employee for a free pizza for the huge inconvenience and he said he couldn?t because I?d be taking a pizza from one of the other customers. I asked for a full refund and he said it was ready. Nope, I told him I didn?t want it anymore having waited so long and knowing one of the pizzas had been sitting out for 20 minutes. I?m NEVER coming to this location again. If you want fast service, don?t EVER come to this location..

Still half cook i made online order like an hour ago and when i arrive everyone went to the back and ppl waiting a guy pull the pizzas like this thats fkt up
