Bidra med feedbackOrdered chicken nachos and potato beef Burrito. The chips in the nachos were stale and the beans taste like can beans. We expected the Burrito to be fresh, but it was in a microwave bag that you can buy in a grocery store. The red Chilie sauce tastes like aqueous tomato sauce. Very disappointed. Why would we pay for something we could do at home with a microwave?
The enchiladas served with beans and rice were excellent. The beans were flavorful and perfectly seasoned, not overly oily. The rice was light and fluffy, while the enchilada sauce was delicious as well. I was a bit skeptical about the bagged chips, but they turned out to be thick, high-quality, and tasty. The drink selection at the bar was also impressive.
The food here is just average. There are definitely much better options nearby, like Alberto's down the street. The nachos I ordered were the worst I've ever had. A friend with me had his order forgotten, which took a long time to resolve. I also tried a bite of another friend's burrito, and it was nothing special. Overall, I'm not a fan of this place and likely won't return.
When I arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty, with only one customer who had already placed their order. I had to wait almost five minutes before mine was taken. I could hear the chefs laughing in the kitchen, and while it seemed friendly, it didn't convey a sense of professionalism as I waited for my food. The prices are noticeably high considering the quality and portion sizes you receive. The chips are pre-packaged and don't taste very good. On the bright side, I did enjoy the enchilada plate in terms of flavor and preparation. However, since I only came here because Chevy's closed down, I won't be returning.
Beautiful size for the price. Also taste good
