Mcdonald's - Opelousas

Missing items from my order ! Then I get home to find my hashbrowns were so greasy THEY WERE STUCK to the paper. Tried to call the store to get help of course no answer !

Waited 20 mins in the drive thru that was closest to the front door. Everyone behind us was getting their orders over 20 people) they forgot our fries we waited and told 2 different employees. I finally just drove off. All we had ordered was 10pc nugget fries and a vanilla milkshake. The customer service was horrific and the food was cold.
