Colleary's Bistro And Bakery - Orange

I was in town searching for a great breakfast spot, and I certainly found one. The menu is diverse and intriguing, featuring plenty of options like pancakes, Benedicts, omelets, burritos, and flatbreads. I opted for the salmon avocado flatcake, which was served with a small arugula salad, along with a seafood omelet. They were accommodating about substituting cottage cheese for the potatoes due to my dietary preferences. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious.

The original owner of Rockwell's has returned and has opened this wonderful local bistro. The service is warm and welcoming. The menu features classic bistro dishes, with a special emphasis on pastas. The lasagna is especially delicious. Desserts are sourced from the nearby bakery. There's also a nice selection of beers and wines available.

We have dined here multiple times, and each meal has consistently been excellent. The food is always authentic, and the service is outstanding.

Very clean and welcoming. They offer large portions and at reasonable prices. We enjoyed the food very much and the staff was super friendly and chatty. I recommend this place.

As it is always busy, make sure to get a reservation. They will bring some delicious appetizers, salmon, vegetables and crackers as soon as you sit down. The Pear Salad is amazing. The pizza has a slender crust. Also, the bread pudding is fantastic. Extremely relaxed operation. Experience them.
