Bidra med feedbackThe hours indicate that they are open, but don't be fooled; the doors are locked. There's no option for quick online pickup, just a slow drive-thru. I made a big mistake by ordering online. I've been waiting in the drive-thru for 45 minutes for my supposed quick pickup order. They’ll be going out of business soon!
What a huge disappointment! How is it possible that a restaurant in a city like Orange could employ such incompetent staff? I paid nearly $40 for a meal for my family, and luckily I checked the order before leaving the store. The careless woman who took my order randomly gave me coleslaw instead of French fries and messed up the chicken tenders as well. When she finally corrected my order, she carelessly tossed Nashville Hot sauce on the tenders as if she were upset with them (and with me). The food was subpar. I want my money back, and I can assure you that I will never return to that KFC. Management really needs to take a serious look at their store!
This is the worst KFC experience I've ever had! I placed an order online for pick up, but this location doesn’t have a designated pick up area. Instead, I had to wait in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes! Additionally, they didn't answer the phone when I tried to cancel my order. Just a heads up for anyone considering this location!
Ordered on app, arrived there was a makeshift sign saying they were closed after taking my money.
I?m back again, and it?s the same woman who took forever the last time!? I cannot believe the wait? the woman in front of me left, she was waiting so long? why don?t they have the food cooked and ready to drop in the bag? it?s insanity the wait?I go toanother KFC a couple towns over and they are so fast? this place is such a nightmare?. Last time I was here? Love KFC but thewait is awful. This was Saturday, 8/13. I tried going inside versus the drive through? signs on both doors say ?dining roomopen?? so I got out of line to go inside? only to have to get back in drive thru drive through again, because the doors wereLOCKED? and I ended up being further back in the line!? the wait was easily 30 minutes. Then when we do get up to the window weorder 8 tenders, just the tenders, $22.00? I said that can?t be right? she said that?s what the register says? I said yesterdaywe ordered 6 tenders and it was $10.00? you mean it?s $12.00 more for 2 tenders? she insisted that?s what it was? so I said finegive me 6 tenders for $10.00. She made the guy she was working with take out two of the tenders out of the box. This placereally needs to hire a good manger? Friday the service was good but that was the exception? but even before then the service wasoften awful? I?d go in there at dinner time and they?d be out of chicken. I can?t even imagine how much money they have lostwith poor service and poor organization?
