Live Bait Too - ORANGE BEACH

Food and service was top notch. I had the red snapper and they serve him with a side of a sosse that was brilliant. most places I had to do with the fish.

Great place with decent food. the red snapper and beside sauce was amazing. the various pasta dishes are solid and do not let them be disappointed! the service.

That was probably the best seafood I had since my visit to orange beach. we had fried pickel and they were good. we also had fried group tacs that.

Tonight four of us sat on a high table in the bar area to eat dinner. a waiter had told us that this area was not on a waiting list and had first come, served first. but the manager came and told us that this was not correct and that we had to go. she was an older woman with colored black hair. (I don't want to be personal, but she refused to give me her name, she has reported the security and she has been unwilling to accompany us. they have lots of security at this place, so I think they have many undiscovered guests. I will never be back and I would not recommend this restaurant. as a footnote we went next to docs, they were very accommodating, and we had a wonderful meal.

This place has significantly improved in the past 4 months since the change in ownership. While it may not be exactly like the old live bait restaurant, it is worth giving it another chance. I recently tried the midday trip po boy and found it to be decent. The portion sizes are not as generous as they used to be, but the menu offers a good variety. If you had a negative experience earlier this year, I recommend giving this place another try. The old establishment was top-notch with excellent management.
