Starbucks - ORANGE BEACH

They didn't have the ingredients for my drink, or one of the ingredients for my wife's. She got a substitute ingredient in her drink, but then they made her drink iced when she didn't request it iced. When she brought it up they did make her another drink, but then she noticed that they also didn't have sugar she wanted.

Worst Starbucks. I felt like I was back home in New Orleans. Cana(a guy) that worked there had the nerve educate me about bubbles and foam. I?m sorry I did ask for no foam. If you would have taken the time to steam the milk longer there would have been no foam. Considering you had to scoop it out of my coffee a quarter was missing. So when I got my coffee I noticed the difference right away. When I questioned him about it that?s when he educated me about it. As rude as he was I waited for the young lady to direct her attention. I asked for the manager he instigated it more with more remarks telling me I was ridiculous. What is ridiculous is the terrible customer service . The manager was outside on her break. Spoke with her about it. She remade my coffee out of her kindness, but still it doesn?t make it right. Remember Cana people like us on vacation are paying for your salary there. Treat people with kindness as you would want to be treated too.

Everyone working there is so nice! It was a very pleasant experience, even though they were busy, I didn't feel like I had to wait very long! Definitely will be back

This place was so packed we had a 35 minute wait. I hope that they can get more equipment and employers to better serve their guest. The drive thru line was quicker.

We work in Orange Beach and sometimes need to order breakfast to go. It?s never easy when it?s summertime at the beach, but to be July 4th as well. Ya might as well grab a book and hunker down. Today was a super busy line around the building kinda day. Cars were leaving the take out line and people seemed pretty tense. Totally a ?please pack your patience? kinda mood. We were greeted by a barista with a great attitude and kind voice, even though she had already been handed a few unkind vibes. She made our wait pleasant and she made us smile. It takes a lot to pack in the attitude and take tge time to be kind. We appreciate ?Summer? and the team of people that make the wheels turn at the Starbucks in orange beach. You made our morning and showed us how a smile and willingness to adapt to meet our needs can make a crazy morning a little less crazy. We had a great breakfast too. We had hot oatmeal with blueberries, an eggs, cheese and sausage burrito, and an awesome grilled cheese on sourdough. I know that?s not a breakfast sandwich but yummmmmm. Bon Appetite
