Casey's - Orange City

Very bad customer service! The man that was working was so unbelievably rude. Things with him need to change! Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast

This location definitely needs some attention. The bathroom was dirty and not stocked on 2 occasions, different days. Product availability is potluck. There maybe hot and cold food during morning hours around 6:30, there may be coffee cups, there may be creamer in the dispenser you don’t know until you walk in. I’m a huge Casey’s fan from town to town. I’ve never seen one like this. Sometimes the staff is cheerful, sometimes it’s a group of grumpies. Casey’s is known for being resilient in its service, products and store continuity. This location is an exception. I’m not sure what the problem is, but it’s apparent that there is one. Hopefully things change for the better, Casey’s is a hallmark of the Midwest and whatever is ailing this location, I hope it gets better.

Came in this morning for some breakfast pizza and went to pay at the front counter. The card processor wouldn't load up, so the gentleman working the register let me have it for free. Refreshing customer service for a change here. Will be coming back
