Dunkin' - Orange City

I used to order the mocha Cold Brew all the time with zero issues. Now it seems like its ALWAYS wrong and the coffee tastes burnt. I asked for the peppermint mocha flavoring and they didnt even add that.

Hot Chocolate was thick and not creamyat all. So disappointed!!

I love this Dunkin. I swore I'd never go again until I moved near this one. This location is always pretty clean, the employees are mostly nice. I know everyone has their days. On of the managers is a smart aleck but otherwise it's mostly great. The food is fresh and they're fairly fast even though they're consistently busy when I go. I wish I hadn't moved away from the area cause the ones near me are terrible.

So clean, open and welcoming. The display bag of all donuts and muffins was beautifully illuminated and full of delicious choices. Staff worked efficiently and very hard. If I'm ever here again, I'll stop at this point.

The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is that they seldom have enough maple donuts available. However, the staff here is friendly and attentive, and the service is quick.
