Bidra med feedbackThis store is not available for dine in. Signs indicate lobby open from 7am to 9pm. It is not. We called before going and no one answered. This location is next to our apartment so we thought we'd walk over. I understand staffing is an issue but why keep sign up saying dine-in is available when it isn't.
I always like to prepare my intestinal tract for garbage.Like if I have to eat out of a garbage can one day. Leave the shrimp and hush puppies to seafood establishments. Crystal chicks were dry and flat and had enough mayonnaise to put on 12 of them.Was hoping someone would cook the regular Crystal burgers the way they used to be.Not lower bun saturated so much they were purple.Top part flaking and falling apart.Fries tasted like old Long John silver 's french fries.Tell corporate they 're bright ideas SUCK . Customer service was spot on.Lady was super nice.Thank you from a non-returning customer.
We have tried this place several times, is the last years and it's just terrible, every time is worse than before. Every time the customer service is bad, the waiting time is literally everywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. The employees are either under the influence or simply at a distance and especially the last two times they tried to overload us. $38 for four crystal chicks, a French frit and coke? No, thanks. Something terrible goes to this place of business. After two years of trying this restaurant (because its convenient) we will not eat here anymore. I don't usually give many bad reviews, but be careful in this place.
Do NOT go to this location after 8pm!!! This was my 2nd visit 8/27/21 at 11:30pm and there was no line when I pulled up just one car in front of me placing their order, not sure how long he waited before they took his order but I waited behind him for 5 mins and then I pulled up, no one said ANYTHING, not ill be with you in a minute...nothing so I figured based on my previous experience that there was only one person working, she was taking orders and preparing the food so I waited and waited for 15 mins while other cars behind me just drove off which is what I should have done after 5 mins smh I finally left after 15 mins and as I pulled around past the window the car that was in front of me was GONE, the whole time I was sitting there I thought they was still assisting them, which was the reason no one had taken my order yet but nope that was not the case!! At least tell me you 're on break or closed early or something!!! I guess that explains why there was no line both visits and looking at the reviews it seems to be an ongoing problem after dark smh Whats really sad is even with the complaints NOTHING has changed so whats the point of replying to the reviews and apologizing if you all don 't intend to fix it!????? Not sure what the situation is during the day but do NOT go here at night, maybe thats what they want and if that 's the case then change your closing hours!! You would think since their revenue comes from drive-thru only service they would make sure the service is on point! UPDATE 5/7/22 10:35pm- So I decided to give this location another try after a 9 month break thinking maybe just maybe after ALL the negative reviews management would have stepped in!! Nope in fact it has worsened so much so that tonight they had a sign on the screen that stated BURGERS ONLY NOTHING ELSE (photo below)and they absolutely meant that lol they didn 't even have drinks!!! Smh Don 't know why they just won 't shut them down including the one off Blanding which is where I left before coming to this location and the reason I left that one is wait for it lol.....they were telling customers to come back in 20-25 mins smh DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AFTER 6PM not sure what the situation is prior to 6pm but based on the overall reviews, it sounds like it isn 't any better. Also believe it or not but out of the 2 workers that was there, 1 was the manager who was preparing the food!! It starts with management!!
The food is not the issue, it?s always the customer service that is lacking! Not only that they never have change... is someone stealing the coins ?! I appreciate how they adjusted my order after I incorrectly orders but there was no acknowledgment from the server if she would, so we just sitting there wondering if she is going to accommodate us or charge us... I just like for people in service to speak when spoken to especially when I speak to them respectfully !
