Came in with a gift certificate I received in March. Went to pay and they wouldn’t accept it saying they switched owners two days ago. Bad start for new owners...

Boooo! No AC, Crappy table service, food lackluster.

Pho is pretty good. The place is a little dirty and they have no a/c. They definitely have gone down hill and need to focus on their customers or close.
