Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Orange Park

We arrived at 10 a.m. on the ride, which is the time they are open. I said no chicken would be ready for more than 15 minutes. Why isn't the food ready? The short excuses are just the excuses. What happened that employees work at the time and are prepared for customers to open? So it's always at this Popeyes location. Always a very long waiting period and they are always made of items and then when you get the order, it is wrong or missing items. Where is the owner and why isn't the owner up there? For months. Ridiculous! Don't waste your time.

I recommend coming here if you have time, especially if the drive-thru is backed up. I ordered mobile and at the register took about 20 min for my food. But it was fresh. A worker recommended me ordering on the app since it?s cheaper! I always came in to redeem my code from my previous receipts.

At the drive through, we had to repeat our order multiple times, but they still got it wrong! My grandchildren had no dinners, and were very distressed! The two sandwiches that we got were cool to the touch. They had no Diet Coke, no lemonade and only large cups! I have no desire to ever return to this restaurant.

No customer service etiquette at this location. I said my order and waited for the total but the cashier was dead silent. When she finally came back she would ask for my order. This happen 3 times. Finally, get to the window, no apology or anything. I get my food and it was okay. Like the chicken was fresh but the biscuits were cold. The chicken is the only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars. Oh and the mashed potatoes was good.

After ordering my food . this I what 30 dollars gets you at this locations.old dry what I can only assume is thighs.no wings and lots of disappoint.they we?re slinging fresh chicken out the drive thru..so if you want fresh food drive thru is the best bet?..
