Bidra med feedbackDo not rely on OpenTable for reservations at Ted Lobster as they do not use this platform. However, the waitress promptly seated us and we had a pleasant dining experience.
I ordered the Salmon New Orleans, which was delicious, but unfortunately, my husband and father-in-law both ordered crab legs that were almost inedible. The crab legs had no flavor, the shells were too soft, and the meat was falling apart in small pieces. It seemed like they were either overcooked or reheated. We have dined at this restaurant many times without any problems, but the last few times the crab legs were terrible. The service and other dishes were still good, so we will give it another try, but we will be avoiding the crab in the future.
Our appetizer was mistakenly given to another table at Red Lobster despite being told twice by the waitress that it was coming. The onsite manager offered to comp the appetizer when our main dinner arrived, but we declined. The manager also stated that it wasn't the waitress's fault, but we were more concerned with ensuring the correct food reached our table rather than assigning blame.
Once everything was very good. fast friendly service and delicious food. I will say we waited in the restaurant for almost 1.5 hours after our arrival, although we sit our names in the opentable 30mins before the arrival and said it would be 15 minutes.
Divided time with the family, was not in the awhile, thought it would be good for 6, but probably would have done better with eating somewhere else for the price. glad open table offers points, plus there was no wait for sitting opportunity, service well out of hiding waiting.
