Excellent - Orange Walk

This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the city. The atmosphere is lovely, and the food is perfectly worth the price.

I was doing a day tour and my guide brought me to this place for lunch. I was talking about fried chicken and he told me this place has good fried chicken. So we ordered chicken with fried rice and it was served within minutes. The chicken smelled so fragrant, and upon biting it the meat was so tender and juicy, and the skin is fried until it was so crispy. I have to say its one of the best fried chicken I have tasted in Belize! The dish looked so simple but it was just so good, even the fried rice was very tasty. The food here has pretty decent portion and the price is also very reasonable. Looks like the food here is so good there was a local who was eating and singing at the same time. A hidden gem in Orange Walk. Recommended!

The place seemed quite safe, likely due to its popularity with the local police. The food was decent, but nothing to write home about. It was also a bit on the dirty side.

To be completely honest, this was the saltiest food I've ever had. I ordered a curry pork dish that was mostly vegetables—about 98%—and included only a few small pieces of pork. When I mentioned how salty it was, the server suggested it was my fault for not ordering it without salt. I've never encountered this kind of situation while dining out. I couldn’t finish the dish and ended up ordering something else. While the service was good, the food itself was just mediocre.
