Bidra med feedbackVery disappointed with the service (time it took) to receive our food. After waiting 20 Minutes we asked for a employee in the dining room to check on our food. They had Lost our order. It took another 15 Minute before we got our food and only when wewent up to the counter to find out what was the problem. The manager said sorry and handed my husband two coupons for a freecookie. There were three of us. Really!!! Poor customer service and poor people skills. Will never go to this location again
Wonderful service. They replaced daughter?s fries were spilled on floor.
I can't tell you enough about the first-class service and kindness of these employees! The food was good, but the concern for me and my little boys was over and beyond!
Restaurant was crazy busy, but completely under control!! Service with a smile and friendly attitude. Job well done!!! Accolades to the leadership team and associates.
