Very poor customer service. Employees are so rude and don’t know how to speak to customers.

I called 9:15am, explained that I need cake next day for my son Bday, girl confirmed that bakers said yes, told me to come and place order. I came 4:15pm and store clerk told it not possible. It was very rude, unpleasant and upsetting how they handled whole sutiotion. Basically ruined my son Bday.

We are so happy that we went with Sweet Dreams for our wedding cake! The cake was so beautiful and delicious, and our guests loved it. We were also able to get a sheet cake of the same flavor as our wedding cake to ensure that all of our guests got a hefty slice of cake. Additionally, Sweet Dreams happily accommodated the flowers that we wanted to decorate our wedding cake with. We cannot recommend this bakery enough for your wedding day or any other special occasion!

When you step into this pastry shop, you feel like you’ve been transported to a Parisian café. The selection and quality of the cakes, petite fours, and cookies is top level amazing. My family was driving through, on our way to Chicago, and thought we would just stop by for a quick snack, but walked out with a large size pastry box of goodies. Not only are the pastries stunningly delicious and beautiful, but the people who work and run this bakery are super nice and kind. When I walked out of the shop, admiring that large box of pastries, I didn’t realize that I left my bag at the table. After driving 4 hours and 300 miles, it finally hit me that I didn’t have my bag. Yikes! I called the shop; they found my bag, and the owner Sam couldn’t be nicer about the whole thing. Instead of me making a 10-hour roundtrip journey to retrieve my bag, Sam arranged to have my bag shipped to Chicago, took care of all the details (waterproof bubble wrap! and it safely arrived in Chicago 2 days later. Sam's willingness of assist me is a testament to how genuinely kind and remarkable he is. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
