Bidra med feedbackI 've lived near this Tim 's for over 2 years now. Always good service until today. I ordered a hazelnut ice coffee, 5 and 5, and it showed on the screen as extra so I simply asked if the person would know to add 5 and 5. I was told something like we write it on the cup, it may not make sense to you but it makes sense to us Nothing was written on the cup and it tasted mostly like cream, didn 't taste the hazelnut. I also ordered a muffin, which they forgot to add and I had to pay separate for. The commentary wasn 't necessary and eseentialk my order was not correct. I don 't go to Tim 's much but I most likely won 't go to that one in the future.
I have come to this location many times and have never had an issue. Today I ordered an ice cappuccino (which I get almost everyday) and it tasted mostly like coffee. I came back through the drive thru and the girl working replaced my ice cap with a new one, but not before giving me an attitude that I was given an ice cap. I let her know something did not taste right with it. I understand mistakes happen and even though they made it correctly something could have been off with the machine or the mixture not made properly. I used to work at a tim hortons and I am fully aware of how this stuff is made. Needless to say the next one tasted the same way so I am out the money I spent since I refuse to go back through the drive thru and argue with this girl. I didn?t appreciate her bad attitude considering I came through being kind and understanding that sometimes things go wrong. There is a location on every corner. I just won?t go to this one anymore.
The crew they had working the afternoon shift on Saturday is absolutely amazing. I requested ice in the hot chocolate I bought for my kids because I was scared they would burn themselves. They went above and beyond to make sure it wasn't too hot. True gems!! Would highly recommend!!
Not a good experience. This was service related not food/drink related. Speaker outside is bad. The gentleman taking my order kept putting in wrong items. As we noticed we asked him to change them. 2 cars infront of me, nobody in the dine-in lot. 15 min to get to the window. The people infont of us were handed 2 drinks. 3 workers standing inside by the window. We ordered a couple cups of coffee and a cold tea. The tea had some extras in it. Another few min at the window a worker asked us what was in the tea? My wife was becoming late for work at this point as we did not expect this to take so long with 2 cars in the drive-thru. She said to him listen im going to be late for work please just give us some sugar packets for the tea window shut and I clearly heard the gentleman in a Guy Karen voice sorry only way I could describe) Shes.. late ..for.. work! . Not good. Not good at all. We took our items and got out of there. Never patronize a customer even if they are having a bad moment. Ex: Maby all 3 guys inside had a emergency bathroom break or something, we dont know. We would understand something like that. Apologize to your customer for the wait and In most cases people become more understanding afterward.
Waited 20 minutes in the drive through that is my only complaint. Food was good staff was wonderful.
