Best pho I’ve had in Oregon! Being from OC California I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing really amazing pho and Kent pho did a great job!
The food is consistently great here. Try the Thai iced tea!
Called ahead to see if they were open and they said they were. When we arrived they were rude and told us they wouldn’t serve us because they were about to close (5 min after our call) the server was extra rude
