Bidra med feedbackPure Bliss is undoubtedly one of Oregon City's best-kept secrets. Their savory scone smothered in gravy is an incredible comfort food. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and I will definitely return!
On my first visit to this restaurant, I found the staff to be very friendly, even though I arrived just before closing time, which I usually try to avoid. The scone was absolutely delicious, and the coffee was just what I needed to lift my spirits. Thank you for the wonderful experience today!
Drive slowly, or you might miss this gem of a bakery and café that you definitely don’t want to overlook! This delightful mother-daughter duo takes you back to simpler times. When you walk in, you’ll be greeted warmly, and if you’re a regular, you’ll likely be called by name. The staff at the counter is eager to take care of you. The pastries and coffee are always fresh—and absolutely delicious! I love that the selection of different scones and rolls changes frequently, adding an element of surprise. If you have a particular favorite, make sure to get there early, as they tend to sell out quickly! I thought I might have to compete with an older lady for a lemon-poppy seed scone, but luckily, there was enough for both of us—no drama that day! Pure Bliss Bakery Café is definitely a must-visit. If you find yourself in the Portland area, it’s worth the pleasant drive to Oregon City. This isn’t your average coffee shop; it feels more like visiting a friend or a favorite aunt who shares a homemade pastry with you, all while you sneak a bite of hers on your way!
The scones are incredibly fresh and practically dissolve in your mouth! This is truly an outstanding local bakery!
I have been here for about 6-7 years when the old owners had it, and with the new owner Dana, who is absolutely amazing, she is such a hardworking woman, I really admire her for what she has done with the bakery, and the love she has put in, it really shows and the food is amazing, the customer service is always fantastic, and so is she too. It's hard to say what my favorite is. I don't think I've ever been dissatisfied. The Scones are the hands I've ever had.
