My first experience was amazing. My office was happy! The apple fritter doughnuts were perfectly done. Second experience wasn't good. The apple fritters were hard and thin, made a breaking sound when you take a bite. Disappointing because the service is very good.

Leftover donuts from the day before and business owners that don't like to pay employees. I work there now and have to sell a bad product for twice the price. And being an employee the company would rather have mass profits than pay the employees what they deserve. The owner Kevin is a slum lord and charges high prices for an inadequate product. They do nothing for the community and do worse for there employees

These are the best donuts in town. Friendly people kid friendly I recommend you come here get there early so you can get the best donuts

I had high hopes for these donuts because they look delicious and cost $12 for 6. Really bland and flavorless. As others wrote, the cereal on top was also stale. Also kind of annoying that there's no labels so you have to keep asking what kind they are. Won't be back.

Mediocrity is nothing new to Salem, however, this was quite the morning outing. First off, Day old pastries should never be sold. They are a byproduct and should be given away. If you claim to not sell your day old pastries I would then suggest you rotating out unsold pastries every 4 hours. What I paid for today was abysmal. Stale is an understatement.
