Subway (phoenix) - Oregon

This was by far the worst experience I've had at any Subway establishment. We placed an order online for two sandwiches. Neither of them came back to us the way they were ordered, different bread, different veggies and/or added veges not ordered, etc. The person who ordered the Tuna (this is her normal order) said she couldn't eat it as it tasted like old cardboard. Haven’t eaten at Subway in years! Fast, efficient and friendly staff got us in and out. Thanks again! NOTE: They make jalapeño cheese bread (a local favorite) will be getting that next time!

I’m a student and go there all the time. I can’t find any reason to complain about the place whenever I go. There’s even free cookies on Friday and everyday of the week during lunch hours for students

Waited forever for a very soggy Turkey sandwich. Bread way under cooked and then drenched it in vinegar. So sad, I was really looking forward to it.

DO NOT GO HERE DURING WORK LUNCH I STOOD IN LINE FOR 20 MIN WHILE WATCHING TWO EMPLOYEES ANSWER 5 PHONE ORDERS AND DOING THERE SANDWICHES BEFORE GETTING TO ME WEN THOUGHS PPL WERENT RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM IM NEVER TAKING LUNCH HERE AGAIN THEY NEED TO WORK ON ALOT
