Bidra med feedbackI decided to go back and ask for a replacement. About 15 minutes later, they handed me a new one that looked better. However, after I got home and tried it, some parts of the pizza were decent, but the majority was still doughy. This isn't the first time I've had an issue like this; my sister experienced the same problem before. I think it's safe to say that I won’t be ordering from this Little Caesars again.
It's a modest spot, not exactly renowned for serving the best pizza, but they are known for being budget-friendly. That said, the pizzas feel a bit overpriced for what you get. A slice that used to be $5 is now around $6.79. While it’s still cheaper than many other places, I’d prefer to buy frozen pizza from the store and make it at home, since some options are less than $3 and offer a similar experience. However, if you're looking for affordable pizza in a hurry, especially for a party, this place is definitely a solid choice.
I placed my order at Little Caesars Pizza (Transaction Reference #182449522, Order Number: 761255, Location Number: 707) at 6:11 PM on September 30th and was given an estimated pickup time of 7:28 PM. I arrived at 6:40 PM, hoping to collect my order early. While waiting, I noticed three online orders being refunded, with one still in dispute, and about ten customers left empty-handed due to the long wait times. I wonder if a larger oven or a dedicated staff for this popular location could help alleviate the situation. Perhaps an evaluation of the process is needed? Just a thought. - Update: My order was finally completed at 7:33 PM.
Fair fast and decent options from teigy still cardboard pizza. Deep plate was boiled and dough was ordered 4/7 times ive. The lady behind the counter is serious short-order waitress of emperors new groove energy and super beautiful such a star only for them was brilliant. I wish the pizza was as good as I remember, or at least cooked.
We ordered 3 pizzas and crazy bread and got a text that said our order was ready. When we presented the text the teenager behind the counter said ?I don?t know what?s going on.? He went to talk to his manager as tons of pizzas got handed out for an hour in front of us. We talked to them several times and said we haven?t gout our pizzas and ours wasn?t ?ready yet? however they continued to hand the very pizzas out that we ordered. After repeated futile attempts the manager finally came over and without any apology finally ?found? our order. A reminder we had already shown them proof of purchase three times. The manager said she could give our money back or make new pizzas which would be ready soon. No apology or free drink or any sorry or anything after a full hour wasted on poor customer service. We had a company party that the food arrived 1.5 hours late to. I get that there?s Covid and things are tough but there?s no excuse for bad customer service and then doing nothing to make up for it. It?s time the consumers start expecting at least a basic level of customer service post Covid. Enough of this.
