Mariscos Los Chinchorros - Orem

The food looked good, the place was empty on a Saturday afternoon, the shrimp in the ceviche were NOT cold and still had a grayish color as if it were freshly made without having been marinated, the worst thing was when I realized that the shrimp did not They cleaned them, which was really disgusting and disgusting, they just cut them up and prepared it that way, obviously they apologized and we only paid for the drinks but my husband and I were sick all night. Bad experience.

My coworker and I arrived ten minutes before 5 on a Wednesday. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks and we were only served our drinks because i asked for them. The drinks were a coke, a water and a Michelada. We were the only patrons at the time. It took 40 minutes to receive our food. Sea food was not fresh, it is expected due to how far inland we are in, but lacked flavor. For being a Marisco Restaurant it was subpar.Would not recommend any time soon

20 waiting in the drive-tru, and no one will pick up the order. Had to park and order from the restaurant. Ordered a sandwich, the guy said 10 mins and after 20 min he said he still needed 10 more minutes!! The restaurant was completely empty! Terrible customer service !!

Waited 45 minutes to receive our food when my family were the only people there. That’s after waiting 25 minutes to ask what we wanted. Some food came cold. Was also served warm water. The queso of a quesadilla wasn’t even melted all the way. Most of us didn’t finish our food. Just an overall bad experience. At least the horchata was good. Cold at least.

The oysters were very good and the service was excellent. Many thanks to Roxana for her excellent service. I appreciate it very much.
