Bidra med feedbackIf I could give zero stars I would because I felt like they gave Zero Fkzzz about my pizza. Placed an order for delivery with tip and waited over an hour from delivery time given. Called multiple times no response from the store. Called customer serviceand they said the order had been dispatched. Waited again and nothing. Got up and went to the store just to learn that thedelivery driver was in that moment barely leaving. Lies lies lies. Asked for a refund and they couldn?t do it, had to callcustomer service once again to file a complaint to see if I can get my refund. Robbery. No pizza and no refund as of now. Worstexperience I have ever encountered with Pizza Hut. Their customer service at the store was horrible. Worse Pizza Hut location Ihave ever encountered
A couple weeks ago we had awesome pizza, it was only 15 minute wait so i decided to order delivery this week. Been waiting for an hour now since it was supposedly out for delivery. No phone support, it just hangs up on you automatically after a coupleminutes of hold ads.
I don't understand how this can be called Detroit-style pizza. It's a complete joke. Save your time and money and do not order from this Pizza Hut location.
I encountered an issue with my order due to a problem with my computer. My bank account was charged, but the order wasn't sent to the restaurant. After I tracked everything down, I called to resolve it. They were kind enough to provide our order for free. Thank you for the excellent customer service! I truly needed this kindness today!
One of their nearby locations often closes unexpectedly, so I decided to place an order at this different location, hoping for a better outcome. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. Initially, a pleasant-sounding lady called within five minutes to confirm my address, and everything seemed fine. She wished me a good evening and assured me that my order would be delivered. However, just 20 minutes later, I received a call from a rude male employee who abruptly informed me that my order was canceled because they do not deliver to my location. I explained that the earlier call had no issues with my address, but he just grumbled about the refund and hung up on me before I could finish. Frustrated, I tried calling back for clarification but was greeted by another employee who struggled with English, making it impossible to understand her responses. When I requested to speak to a manager, the call was disconnected. I tried again two more times, only to be met with an automated system that endlessly promoted Pizza Hut and then ended my call. At that point, I decided to place my order with a closer restaurant, and they surprisingly took my order and delivered it without any issues. I can't believe how poorly this location handled my order and it really makes me wonder how they remain in business. The only positive was the first lady’s friendly demeanor, but that didn’t make up for the overall terrible service I experienced.
