Service: 1 - The staff were incredibly rude and inattentive. We had to constantly flag down servers just to get a drink refill. Atmosphere: 1 - The restaurant was dirty and rundown, with minimal effort put into decor or ambiance. It felt more like a fast food joint than a sit-down restaurant.

Service is inadequate, but the atmosphere is quite pleasant.
