How is this bar at a 4.6? I love dive bars but identifying as one isn’t a reason for poor customer service. I’ve been a regular at many dive bars.The bartenders at dive bars know what beers they have. I asked for an IPA (i know, classic white guy move) and the first beer the bartender suggested was a Fat Tire which is an amber ale. I walked over to the fridge and pointed out one the bartender said “but this is a porter” and I said “nope, it says IPA on the label.” Like bro, just let me go behind the bar on my own ?There’s a shell of an atm in the corner, seems like the bar needs some work. A dive bar means “we have wallpaper from 1940’s” not “we’re too lazy to move this busted atm.” Good dive bars still get a crowd; one can’t fit in here with junk like that lying around…

I had a great experience today. We went shopping and stayed here on the way back to Madison. The bartender Heather was so attentive and beautiful. The wings and pizza were good. I highly recommend the Jamaican dry rub and mango habanero wings when it is.
