Dunkin' - Orland Park

Every Dunkin' seems to be short-staffed lately and I wanted to applaud the current employees at this location for always keeping a positive attitude and ensuring customer satisfaction! I always order ahead on the app, and they have never messed up my order.The wait-times can be long some days, but this is the case at every Dunkin' location I have been to as of late. The staff hereseems to be trying their best given the circumstances :

Went for some Coffee and Halloween donuts, donuts good coffee was absolutely horrible, tasted like bottom barrel sludge, was surprised. Had to toss. Seems hit and miss lately. Consistency is out with the good old days.

Love my Dunkin' and I'm sitting in my car right now drinking my coffee from this location. Friendly and BUSY!

The service was incredibly quick, and the drive-thru staff member was very friendly.

Went to the drive through for an iced Latte. Drove up to the window, there were no other cars. 10 minutes later, no one came to the window, no drink a line of cars behind me, so I left. Slightly unstaffed or just unprofessional.
