Great American Bagel - Orland Park

I love this location! Staff is super friendly and helpful! The place is clean and neatly stacked. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT! Told friends and family regarding this location and they also agreed with me!

Had the all american breakfast bagel 4 out of 5 , had the pizza bagel that was 10000 out of a 10000 , had the Italian sandwich that was really good 5 out 5 would definitely recommend eating here

This location is the best they have great costumer service. The smoothies are delicious and the bagels Are fresh.

I don't often write reviews, but when I do, it's because I feel a deep connection to a place. Growing up in the gritty streets of the Bronx, the highlight of my day was sinking my teeth into a hot bagel. Not just any bagel, but one generously slathered with cream cheese, filled with carbs and pure bliss, capable of putting all my worries to rest. Amidst the trash and chaos of city life, it was my beacon of hope. Now, living a quiet, simple life in the Midwest, I can’t help but reminisce about that childhood joy. Fortunately, this restaurant has beautifully recreated that experience for me. The staff are wonderful, the atmosphere is warm, and there's a genuine smile at the end of each encounter. Even though they wear masks, you can still see the happiness in their eyes. God bless them.

I heard that this restaurant has reopened under new ownership, and as soon as I walked in, I noticed the difference! They've done a lovely renovation, and the space looks much more appealing. The customer service was excellent; they greeted me warmly when I arrived and wished me a nice day as I left. The bagels and cream cheese were the best I've had in years. I definitely plan to return at least once a week! Five stars!
