Wetzel's Pretzels - Orland Park

I initially tried Wetzel's at this location, and I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I really appreciate their rewards program. I've since discovered that the Chicago Ridge location, which is closer to me, now offers a rewards program as well, so I haven't driven out to Orland recently. However, this location is fantastic!

My whole family absolutely adores Wetzel's Pretzels. I find myself stopping here for a pretzel almost every time I visit the mall, as I love to wander around Orland Square, even if it’s just for window shopping. I often end up with nothing more than a pretzel, and I can't help but feel guilty if I don’t save at least a little bit to share later. Because honestly, no one would believe that I didn’t treat myself! However, the truth is that their pretzels are so delicious that sharing feels almost sacrilegious. The real expectation is that you simply bring everyone their own pretzel to enjoy instead of having to share your delightful snack!

They consistently offer hot, fresh pretzels, and their customer service is outstanding. You definitely need to check this place out! There’s even a kiosk located in the center of the mall, right by the escalator going up.
