California Pizza Kitchen At Flatiron

HUGE SCAM!!! Deserves no stars. Ordered off of a flyer slid underneath my hotel room door. Called to order and waited an hour. When the pizza and wings showed up, it looked like they dug it out of a dumpster! The worst thing I've even witnessed in my life. Called back to get my money and they said a manager would call me. Never received a call or anything. I'm calling the Orlando police and reporting To the BBB. SCAM!!

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. AWFUL food... just AWFUL. The pizza was dry, cheap and overpriced. A crusty tombstone frozen pizza has more flavor and quality. Coupons were under my hotel door. It's not even worth FREE. The driver was in such a hurry to get the food into my hand that I yelled for him to stop so I could see what he was leaving me. He looked at me with a blank stare and jetted for the door. I'm PISSED. The pizza looked like it was made yesterday and reheated.

Wow I so got ripped off. Pizza flyer was in hotel room door. I wish id have read these reviews first. Pizza looked like it had been sitting for at least half a day. Was dry, had zero weight to it. The spaghetti meal we ordered with it litterally tasted like it had gas or some chemical in it. The top layer of it was also dried out. This really sucks since we spent almost all of our money at Disney World, and just needed a final meal before we left for home. We will be filling a report with the bbb and warning Disney hotel management about them making this place look bad. All they are doing is pretending to be a pizza business when they legally seem to claim otherwise as a food delivery service. I think they buy cheap pizza at a gas station and pass it off as legit pizza that they make. Either way, do NOT order from these people. Its a scam. I called them back and told them it tasted bad. Was told the manager would return my call. An hour later....nothing so I called them again. I asked them where they were located because I was bringing the pizza back myself and wanted a refund. Was told they didnt give refunds so I told them I was reporting them for scamming everyone. The person laughed and said yeah, good luck . Lets get these scammers shut down. I cant stand a thief and this is exactly what these people are.

WHAT A RIP OFF! We ordered Chicken Parmesan...and ended up with a burnt chicken turd on top of watery spaghetti. They advertise themselves as ?NY Pizza Kichen Best Italian Food In Town?. This is an absolute lie...they are The Worst! We?ve never seen such terrible food and to call it Italian food...is an insult! They say the entree is served with Garlic Bread, it was not delivered. Also asked for extra grated cheese, not delivered. Waiting for the manager David to call. If we could have put less than 1 Star we would. PLEASE do not order from this place.

Really deserve a ?Zero rating?. If you are staying in the area, I do not recommend this place. We order a large pizza 1/2 pepperoni and cheese, wings, garlic bread, and cheesecake. We waited 40 minutes for the delivery. They delivered a cold burnt pizza, no wings instead hard chicken nuggets with cold fries, Parmesan bread that was dry and cold. The dessert had no resemblance of cheesecake instead a tasteless graham cracker. Do not recommend. Horrible experience after a long day at Magic Kingdom.
