Chipotle Mexican Grill - Orlando

I ordered a steak salad and didn't even receive a proper portion. I can't eat it, and the customer service, managed by robots, is awful. I used to enjoy it at Chipotle, but this isn't the first time something like this has happened, so it will definitely be my last visit.

I placed an online order for a burrito, but I received a burrito bowl instead. The food was still good, but it wasn't what I ordered, and I don't feel it's worth the trip back just for a tortilla.

I will never return to this place! I stopped by the night before my flight, and the cashier was incredibly rude. When I asked for a straw for my drink, she rolled her eyes and said, "We had a good night." It was ridiculous! My steak bowl barely had any salad or rice because they were using empty containers. The bag of salad was sitting there, but they didn’t even bother to open it and add more. Plus, my quesadilla looked more like a burrito! I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

I have a bowl of white rice, black beans, Carnitas, Fajita vegetables, mild salsa, corn, sour cream and cheese. I often come to this place for lunch and they always give good portions. The food is also well prepared and the restaurant is clean. The staff was also the most pleasant chip staff I've ever experienced. However, I ordered here for dinner once and it wasn't the same story, probably because dinner is more busy.

This location always has my online order done on time. The staff is super kind. And I kid you not the chicken is seasoned so darn good. Good job guys. So glad I moved to this area.
