Nice young people behind the counter, so friendly. They were so positive, even when the credit card reader went in the blitz. Ice cream was great also!!!

Emil was fantastic! She was friendly and attentive, and she went above and beyond to customize my ice cream cake. The birthday celebrant absolutely loved it. I highly recommend her and this Cold Stone to anyone looking for a personalized ice cream cake.

Usually all the ice cream is great here! The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because of the environment, it's just kind of... eh. I tried the Peep icream and it was so good!! Have to wait till next year to have it again as well as the Lucky Charms Ice cream. My two favorites so far. Other than those, I order the cotton candy.

The customer service here was terrible. The girl with glasses had an unpleasant expression. While I was placing my order, she was chatting with a coworker and didn't pay attention when I mentioned that my little sister didn't want fudge in her ice cream. I had to remind her a second time, and she replied, “But I already put it.” If she had been listening instead of talking, she would have understood! I definitely won't be returning to this Cold Stone. The one on International Drive is much better and more inviting.

The customer service at this location is consistently poor, and there's little effort put into mixing the ice cream. My ice cream was already melting by the time I received it. I recently visited the one on International, and the difference was striking—the service and quality there are excellent. I'm not sure what's going on with the one on Kirkman.
