Better experience than Denny's on the other hand, wonderful staff great food best selection this morning

Everyone was happy, we were there pretty late in the afternoon, so there was almost no one there. The staff was super-friendly, they were out of the normal coloring materials for the kids but went in the back and found some left over supplies so the kids were happy. The food was better than expected (and took a bit longer but it was well worth the wait). I used some gift cards that came from my credit card rewards (TY Points) without issue which are generally worthless to me so this was a nice bonus, and overall there were no surprises which made this a great experience.

Hair in my food! Ordered the sirloin tips and pulled a big curly hair from my food. On top of the disgusting hair, my husband recieved the smallest portion of eggs, bacon and hashbrowns that it looked like a child size meal. If we 're paying to same price for to go as if we were to sit down and eat why are the portions smaller (happened to all 4 of our meals) will not be coming here anymore this is the 2nd time our to go order has absolutely sucked except this time I got a bonus hair inside! Way to go!

Eight off of plastic forks and knives?. They only have one syrup?. And no French toast They said then someone behind us ended up getting a plate of French toast? my pancakes were raw in the middle? all my families food came out in different times and several times were wrong orders?. All our pancakes were cold as ice?. ruined my IHOP experience.

I arrived about 7:15 am Mon Waited approximately 7 to 10 minutes at door no server anywhere to be found out in the dining room I left went to the bathroom came out saw server at a table never greeted me never said somebody will be right with me she just walked off several minutes later another server came up said somebody would be right with me walked off few minutes after coming out of the bathroom finally I was seated at my table couple minutes later my server arrived took my order no fresh fruit I'm a vegetarian breakfast was going to be on the light side order two eggs over easy grits strawberry crepes that's it for my breakfast with coffee. Got my silverware 1st set dirty... 2nd set better Well I like not being bothered a whole lot while I'm trying to eat and enjoy my meal others may not but I do so it's a hit or miss I'd say sometimes I've come in here and get greeted immediately get seated relatively quickly and this is when the place is packed so I don't know what the problem was this morning when there was only two tables with people at any rate the food was good
