Papa Gio's Pizzeria Of East Orlando

I ordered a pizza, and it took 2 hours to arrive. When it finally got here, it was cold, hard, and burnt. I called the restaurant, and they offered to send another pizza or give me 25% off my next order. I explained that I didn't want to eat at 8:30, but they refused to give me credit. This was the worst pizza and service I've ever experienced. I'm really tired of being ripped off. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I ordered a chicken Alfredo pizza but was served a plain Alfredo pizza instead. The manager, Carlos, was confrontational and disrespectful, which is disappointing given my long history of ordering from this restaurant. I ordered a mushroom and sausage on a gluten free crust. I was very disappointed. The sausage was like lunch meat not good Italian sausage and the crust was undercooked and very soggy. Ordered take out and timing was fast the 2 pizzas were good nice crust robust flavor and the gluten free crust was a hit. The bruschetta was a bit disappointing with thick slices of French bread that appeared dried out and not toasted in any fashion.
