Sal's Market Deli - Orlando

Have been here many times over the years and it’s consistently great. The pizza is excellent and the staff is always super friendly. This visit was no different and everything was awesome.

We ate here for lunch and we enjoyed some beautiful pizza`s. The plain cheese pizza and BBQ chicken are both gorgeous, but they have plenty of choice for others as well as some very good sandwiches and salads. Staff are very nice and there are plenty of seats including some larger benches to the side. Special thank you to Tracy Ribbans for a beautiful lunch. Don`t miss this place for the best onsite pizza there is!!

The italian sandwich is HUGE (enough for 2 meals), nicely tangy from the olives, pepperoncini, and vinaigrette. Adding fruit salad for $2 is a great deal, because it's also gigantic! Carryout service was quick and friendly. It's a cute place with some grocery items (nice mix of basic and interesting), grab and go prepped food, and beverages.

This place is a hidden gem amongst so many other choices at Universal Orlando resorts. I'm from NJ and for me it is very difficult if not impossible to find brick oven pizza that is worthy to recommend to friends and family let alone write a review about. Sal's pizza is Worthy. Price is extremely fair considering you're at a theme park resort and outside of the pizza they have a huge assortment of beverages and deli items. We almost always get the Farm Pesto pie. Trust me you'll appreciate this place!
